The 2026 Annual Session will take place at the Caesars Forum Convention Center. Please note that Caesars Forum Convention Center is not located at Caesars Palace Hotel and is not connected to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The Caesars Forum Convention Center is a separate, standalone venue located behind The LINQ Hotel + Experience and adjacent to Harrah’s and The LINQ Promenade.

Following feedback regarding our Guest Registration process, AAPD has created two separate Guest Registration options for AAPD 2026.
Guest Registration – All Access
This registration allows the guest to receive a conference badge and attend the conference and social events. Access will be granted for the Opening Session, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, and ability to view the Scientific Program Sessions. Guest registrations are not eligible to receive CE credit. If the guest would like to receive CE credit they should register as a dentist or office team, as applicable.
Guest Registration – Social Event Only
This registration allows attendees to register and purchase a ticket for Social Events. Guest – Social Event Only registrants will NOT receive a conference badge and will NOT have access to the Caesars Forum to visit the Exhibit Hall, attend the Opening Session, or any of the other sessions or daytime functions at the convention center. This registration allows the guest to purchase tickets for and attend social events only.
Updated Child Registration
Register a child guest to purchase tickets for them to attend social events. Child registrations do not include entry to Scientific Sessions. A wristband for Exhibit Hall access can be requested at the Customer Service desk at Registration. The child must be present to receive the wristband. No badge will be issued for this registration on-site. Children must be accompanied by a badge-wearing adult at all times while on-site.
Housing Information
Attendees must be registered for AAPD 2026 in order to make a hotel reservation within the AAPD discounted hotel block. All Reservations must be made through the AAPD’s Official Housing Service Center during registration.
The hotel reservation cutoff date is April 30, 2026 to book at the AAPD group rates. Options to book a room are available at prevailing rates. Please use the housing link in your confirmation email for more information and to make your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged by the hotel at the cutoff date to secure the reservation.

Housing Cancellation & Policies
The hotel reservation cutoff date is 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
All changes, cancellations or additions (based on availability) for your hotel reservation can be made online through your hotel confirmation email or in writing via email at aapdhousing@monsteraec.com until 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Starting Friday, May 1, 2026, you must contact the hotel directly with changes, cancellations and additions (based on availability). Any room cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival. After this date, cancellations will be subject to one night's room & tax.

For your safety and to ensure the best possible experience at AAPD, all hotel reservations must be booked through AAPD’s Official Housing Service Center. Booking directly will grant you access to our discounted room rates, guarantees secure payment processing and the most accurate room availability and hotel information.
It is very important that you do your best to avoid phishing attempts. Be cautious of unsolicited emails, messages, or phone calls offering “special deals” or requesting payment information. AAPD or its housing partner will never call you to book a hotel reservation. You must first be registered for AAPD before you will be able to book your room. Once registered a link will be available to you through your attendee portal or a unique link in your confirmation email to book your room.
