Dr. Cody completed his undergraduate studies at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany, where he met his wife, Kelley. After much research and collaboration, Cody and Jenny decided to merge both practices with 7 other specialists in Washington and Oregon, thus creating the group, PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Holdings LLC. Today, PIP employs more than 140 employees, and provides back end administrative services to 16 locations. PIP remains wholly owned and financed by the original dentist founders and partners.
