The 2025 Annual Session will take place at the Colorado Convention Center. Attendees must register for AAPD 2025 prior to booking rooms at the group rate. Full meeting details and registration info will be posted in December, which will be available on aapd.org and an official announcement email will be sent to all members. Keep your eye out for a special AAPD 2025 information booklet coming to you early next year.

Hotel Booking Information

The hotel reservation cutoff date was April 21, 2025 to book at the AAPD group rates. Options to book a room are available at prevailing rates. Please use the housing link in your confirmation email for more information and to make your reservation.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests are due in writing to AAPD Registration Services on or before Thursday, May 1, 2025, and will be refunded less a $165 processing fee ($65 processing fee for those that are registered as Office Staff or Student Rate).

No refunds will be given after Thursday, May 1, 2025.

Refunds are not granted for no-shows. After this date, any extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing to registration@aapd.org.

Housing Cancellation & Policies
The hotel reservation cutoff date is 6:00 PM CST on Monday, April 21, 2025.

All changes, cancellations or additions (based on availability) for your hotel reservation can be made online through your hotel confirmation email or in writing via email at housing@nhsglobalevents.com until 5:00pm ET on Monday, April 28, 2025. Starting Tuesday, April 29, 2025, you must contact the hotel directly with changes, cancellations and additions (based on availability). Any room cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival. After this date, cancellations will be subject to one night's room & tax.

Official Housing Provider
For your safety and to ensure the best possible experience at AAPD, all hotel reservations must be booked through AAPD’s Official Housing Service Center. Booking directly will grant you access to our discounted room rates, guarantees secure payment processing and the most accurate room availability and hotel information.

It is very important that you do your best to avoid phishing attempts. Be cautious of unsolicited emails, messages, or phone calls offering “special deals” or requesting payment information. AAPD or its housing partner will never call you to book a hotel reservation. You must first be registered for AAPD before you will be able to book your room. Once registered a link will be available to you in through your attendee portal or a unique link in your confirmation email to book your room.
