Registration for AAPD 2024 opens in December!

The meeting will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Attendees must register for AAPD 2024 prior to booking rooms at the group rate. Complete meeting & registration details will be posted in December on aapd.org, published in the January 2024 issue of PD, and a prominent email will be sent to all members announcing registration & housing are open.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests are due in writing to AAPD Registration Services on or before Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and will be refunded less a $165 processing fee ($65 processing fee for those that are registered as Office Staff or Student Rate). 

No refunds will be given after Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Refunds are not granted for no-shows. 

After this date, any extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing to the AAPD Vice President of Meetings & Continuing Education. 

Housing Cancellation Policy
All changes, cancellations or additions (based on availability) can be made online through the confirmation email you will receive or in writing via email at housing@nhsglobalevents.com until 5:00 pm ET on April 29, 2024. 

After April 29, 2024, you must contact the Hotel directly with changes, cancellations or additions. Any cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate and tax.
