Meet the Speaker
Dr. Jessica Metcalfe is a former Dental Oncologist, Education Director, Clinical Instructor, and Acting Deputy Chief of Dentistry at one of the top five cancer centers in the world. With firsthand experience in high-stress careers, she empowers leaders and teams to improve their quality of life through confidence, collaboration, culture, and communication.
An award-winning speaker, Dr. Jessica has presented to various international organizations.

*Registration is required at an additional cost of $495 per person. The fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and dinner on Sunday night. It is open to any woman from the AAO or AAPD who attended the Winter Conference.
