The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry to Host AAPD 2015 in Seattle

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the leading authority on children’s oral health, will host AAPD 2015 in Seattle at the Washington State Convention Center from May 21-24, 2015. More than 5,000 participants are registered for this year’s event.
According to AAPD President Dr. Edward H. Moody, "We are thrilled to have our meeting in Seattle, as we have not been to the Pacific Northwest in more than 20 years. Our Scientific Program promises to deliver the cutting-edge topics our members have come to expect and more, including an opening keynote by Frank Abagnale, the inspiration behind the book and movie "Catch Me If You Can.""
AAPD 2015 marks the third annual Dental Home Day in which a day of free dental care and services is provided for children ages 1-18. This year’s event occurs on Wednesday, May 20th and is sponsored/provided by the University of Washington Center for Pediatric Dentistry, Healthy Smiles, Healthy Children: The Foundation of the AAPD and Sunstar.
The Welcome Reception takes place on Thursday, May 21 which will include exclusive access to Seattle’s infamous Experience Music Project Museum, Space Needle and Chihuly Museum and Gardens. The Presidents' Farewell Dinner will be held on Sunday, May 24 at the Fremont Studios where AAPD will be honoring its top achievers in the pediatric dentist community.
