Nick Rogers, D.D.S., A native of Missouri and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas, Dr. Nick Rogers is a general dentist in Arkansas City, Kansas. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Orthodontic Society, and serves as the Affiliate Trustee for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Board of Trustees. He is on the staff of the South Central Kansas Regional Medical Center, served on the Kansas Dental Board and is an examiner for the Central Regional Dental Testing Service. He was co-founder of the Arkansas City Head Start program helping to write the grant, secure additional local funding and donations and secured a facility to house the project. He has served on the Head Start Board of Directors in Arkansas City for the past 22 years and was selected as Partner of the Year in 2003 by the Kansas Head Start Association, of which he is also a life member. He was also recognized by the Administration for Children and Families in Kansas City with a certificate of appreciation.

To help combat the growing number of caries in children, Dr. Rogers was collaborator for the Cowley County Tiny Teeth Grant. This project was credited with making a noticeable difference in the oral health of children in the region. Because of this project, Oral Health Kansas selected Dr. Rogers to be the 2007 recipient of their Outstanding Community Leader Award. He has also received the Sam Walton Business Leader Award and was part of the Kansas Health Foundation Leadership Institute. On the local level, Dr. Rogers served on the school board for 22 years, is active in the United Methodist Church as a middle school teacher and is involved in many civic projects and clubs.
