Deadline for early registration is September 22, 2010. Space is limited to 200 attendees, with registrations being accepted on a space-available basis. Please note that space may fill up prior to the early cut-off date. After September 22, 2010, please contact the Meetings Department at the AAPD headquarters office at (312) 337-2169 to verify availability of onsite registration.
Registration Fees:
AAPD Member: $895
AAPD Student Member: $395
Nonmember Dentist: $1,095
All registration fees increase by $100 if you register within 30 days prior to the start of the course.
Cancellation
Full refunds for registration minus a $150 cancellation fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the course. A 50 percent refund will be given if written notice is received up to two weeks prior to the course. No refunds are issued within two weeks prior to the course. No refunds are issued for no-shows,
