Deadline for early registration is November 3, 2010. Space is limited to 200 attendees, with registrations being accepted on a space-available basis. Please note that space may fill up prior to the early cut-off date. After November 3, 2010, please contact the Meetings Department at the AAPD headquarters office at (312) 337-2169 to verify availability of onsite registration.

AAPD Member: $545
AAPD Student Member: $295
Nonmember Dentist: $745
Hygienist / Office Staff: $295
All registration fees increase by $100 if you register within 30 days prior to the start of the course.
Cancellation
Full refunds for registration minus a $150 cancellation fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the course. A 50 percent refund will be given if written notice is received up to one week prior to the course. No refunds will be given within one week prior to the course. No refunds will be given for no-shows,
