Deadline for early registration is October 5, 2010. Space is limited to 180 attendees, with registrations being accepted on a space-available basis. Please note that space may fill up prior to the early cut-off date. After September 22, 2010, please contact the Meetings Department at the AAPD headquarters office at (312) 337-2169 to verify availability of onsite registration.
This course is directed primarily toward pediatric dentists. Space is limited for auxiliary personnel. It is imperative that auxiliary/office who are interested in taking this course have an extensive clinical and education background.
If space is filled for auxiliary, any additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist and added to the course if space permits. AAPD will contact those on the waitlist is a position becomes available.
Registration Fees:
AAPD Member: $595
AAPD Student Member: $295
Nonmember Dentist: $850
Auxiliary / Office Staff: $295
All registration fees increase by $100 if you register within 30 days prior to the start of the course.
Cancellation
Full refunds for registration minus a $150 cancellation fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the course. A 50 percent refund will be given if written notice is received up to one week prior to the course. No refunds will be given within one week prior to the course. No refunds will be given for no-shows,
