Membership Information and Forms

Membership in District IV is automatic when you practice in one of the 10 northcentral states (NE, IA, ND, SD, IL, MI, WI, MN, IN, or OH).

Membership and involvement in our district organization offers benefits beyond your membership in the AAPD. These include:

1. reasonably priced CE in one of our great cities within our district,
2. meeting and networking with other pediatric dentists within your geographic region,
3. legislative advocacy including what's happening in neighboring states and seeing how other pediatric dentists are working to support or fight these initiatives,
4. leadership development and experience through serving on district committees and/or in leadership roles, getting nominated to attend various workshops to learn more about and/or enhance your skills in legislative advocacy, leadership, and media training.
5. a forum to voice your ideas and concerns that will get carried up to the AAPD leadership regarding membership issues, AAPD policies, and other areas of interest.
