ASSOCIATION TRAVEL CONCEPTS (ATC) is the official travel agency for the AAPD 63rd Annual Meeting in Chicago, May 27 – 30, 2010. Airline Discounts

• United Airlines. Up to 15 percent off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15 percent discount.
• American Airlines. 5 percent off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting.

Car Discounts

• ATC and AAPD have negotiated discounted meeting rates with Hertz and Enterprise. The above discounts apply for travel from May 21, 2010 through June 3, 2010 at O'Hare International Airport. Some restrictions may apply. Service fees apply.

Ground Transportation

Taxi

O'Hare International Airport is located approximately 17 miles north of downtown Chicago. Taxicabs are available on a first come, first serve basis from the lower level curb front of all terminals. Shared ride service is available. There are no flat rates because all taxicabs run on meters. Expect to spend approximately $35 to $40 for a taxicab ride to downtown Chicago. Airport Shuttle

Go Airport Express is the premier ground transportation provider for Chicago's O'Hare and Midway Airports and Convention Centers. We offer efficient and economical shared ride services, express luxury sedans and limo services as well as a complete line of charter vehicle services. Shuttles depart from O'Hare and Midway Airports every 10-15 minutes for Downtown Chicago and Suburban Chicago area hotels.

Chicago Transit Authority (CTA)

The CTA Blue Line operates from O'Hare International Airport to downtown Chicago approximately every five minutes. The CTA fare is $2.25 per ride, at the time of printing.
