Internet booking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, credit card only. Receive immediate Registration Confirmation.
NOTE: Registering online does not ensure that you will receive your first choice in Breakfast Rounds or tickets to events that are sold out. Members will receive an e-mailed confirmation from AAPD Registration and Hotel Services. Please review your confirmation carefully when you receive it.

Please register at the Onsite Registration Desk at the Hawaii Convention Center during the following days/times:
Wednesday 3 - 8 p.m.
Thursday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday 8 - 10 a.m.
Registration Form Instructions
- Type or print all information on the registration form and housing form in black ink (please print legibly).
- AAPD Registration is not responsible for faxes not received due to mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
- Due to the volume of forms received, AAPD Registration cannot confirm receipt of faxed or mailed forms.
- Most educational sessions do not require tickets. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Many optional sessions, activities and events will be ticketed and applicable tickets will be included in credentials onsite.
- Healthy Smiles, Healthy Children Continuing Education Course, CPR, PALS and Evidence Based Education Workshop require additional fees; please indicate session choice and include fees.
- The Golf Tournament requires additional fees; please indicate session choice and include fees.
- Attendees must be registered via registration form or Web site in order to make hotel reservations within the AAPD hotel block using the official AAPD Housing Form or Web site (See Housing/Hotel Reservation Information and Form).
- Registration forms must be submitted on or before April 10, 2009, to qualify for regular registration fees. Registrations submitted via fax or the Internet must be date/time stamped by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on April 10, 2009, to qualify for regular registration fees. Mailed registrations must be received by April 10, 2009, to qualify for regular registration fees. Registrations received after April 10, 2009, will be automatically charged the higher late registration fees.
- All paper registration and housing forms must be submitted at the same time (via fax or mail).
