AAPD President Included in WebMD Story on the Relation of Teething and Fever

A new research found that fevers are not related when your infants’ primary teeth erupt. WebMD.com interviewed AAPD President Dr. Rhea M. Haugseth (Ga.), about the new research and how to cope when your little one is teething. To help ease the pain, Haugseth advises parents and caregivers to offer a teething ring to their child.
 
"If a child has a fever and is teething at the same time, parents need to be looking at other potential causes of that fever," she tells WebMD. She reviewed the findings for WebMD.
